Chuck Taylor Golf Scramble Sept. 27
The annual Chuck Taylor Golf Scramble, with proceeds going to MTSU baseball, will be held Sept. 27 at Stones River Country Club.
Cost is $175 per person or $700 per team if entry fee is received by Sept. 13. Payment afterward is $200 and $800.
The tournament is a four-person scramble and includes the following: A chance to win a trip to play Pinehurst, A Cleveland CG 12 Black Peral Wedge laster-etched MTSU logo, two tickets for a steak dinner, MTSU logo Titleist Pro V1 golf balls, valet parking at the course, lunch, practice balls and other benefits.
Registration is at 11 a.m., with the lunch to follow. A shotgun start will be held at 12:30 p.m. Please send payment to the Blue Raider Athletic Associated, MTSU Box 576, Murfreesboro, Tn., 37122. Make check payble to BRAA.
The winner receives the opportunity to represent MTSU at Pinehurst No. 2 and compete against 60 other Division I-A universities in this national championship tournament.
